Broccoli & Cauliflower

Seriously we can't get enough broccoli and cauliflower here on the farm. Prepared by farm chef Mike, they make our mouth's water!

Heirloom broccolis are ideal for the home gardener because they are loosehead types which are cut-and-come again (unlike hybrid broccoli).  After the first cutting, plants will grow side shoots (individual broccoli florets) that extend the harvest season!
