Organic Kale & Collard Seeds

Kale and collards are incredibly nutritious and easy to grow. They are essentially identical but while kale has enjoyed the limelight, collards have virtually gotten the shaft.  From kale chips, stir fries, collard wraps and massaged kale salad to traditional slow cooked African American collard greens, we love them both!  While they can be grown any time, cool weather brings out tenderness and sweetness in collards and kale. They are so cold hardy they just might make it through the winter!
