Also known as Rapini, this heritage Italian variety produces an abundance of succulent broccoli florets and is often used in the traditional pasta dish 'Orecchiette e Cima di Rapa' from Puglia. Related to Mizuna mustard and napa cabbage, this rustic and heritage turnip-relative has a hint of mustard flavor and is a one of the fastest ways to produce nutrient rich greens in your garden. You can eat the flowering stems and leaves.
