Cold Hardy Veggies

Want to grow winter veggies? These super cold-hardy veggies will tolerate cold winter weather (down to 15 degrees F), especially when given protection from the wind such as with low tunnels or hoophouses. These varieties have survived below zero temperatures in our unheated hoophouse though they suffer damage to their foliage at those low temperatures.

Most of them can also be planted early spring.
